These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMSON mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AMSON ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
AMSON is a stock analysis application that generates a BUY, SELL, or HOLD signal for individual stocks and lets users track public market activity and build a personal Watchlist with alerts. The specific data sources and methods AMSON uses to generate signals and Content are proprietary and are not disclosed in these Terms.

All Content provided on the Platform — including BUY, SELL, and HOLD signals, Watchlist alerts, push notifications, and any analysis — is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor does it constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Signals do not account for your individual financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, or tax circumstances.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making any real-world investment, tax, or legal decisions.
AMSON generates BUY, SELL, and HOLD signals using an internal analysis model that draws on multiple sources of publicly available market and trading activity data. Signals are recalculated each time you search a stock, and periodically for stocks on your Watchlist.

The Platform may display Public Filing Data regarding trading or holdings activity by public officials or institutions. This information is a matter of public record and may be subject to reporting delays before it becomes available to the Platform.

The Watchlist feature allows you to save stocks and follow public figures to receive personalized push notification alerts about their activity.
For stocks on your Watchlist, AMSON may send notifications when:
For public figures you follow, AMSON may send notifications when their disclosed activity changes.
If your Watchlist is empty, AMSON may periodically send a reminder encouraging you to build one.
You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your access to any other Platform features. AMSON is not responsible for delayed, missed, or undelivered push notifications due to device settings, network conditions, or infrastructure outside our control.

To access features including the Watchlist and push notifications, you must create an Account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your Account information up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and all activity conducted through your Account. AMSON may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
AMSON offers a paid subscription plan ("AMSON Pro") that unlocks premium features. Subscription pricing and billing intervals are disclosed at the point of purchase within the app.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings, or by contacting support@amandson.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to AMSON Pro features continues until the period ends. No partial refunds or credits will be issued except as required by applicable law.
All Company Content — including AMSON's signal generation model, software, UI design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials and methods — is owned or licensed by AMSON and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access Company Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit Company Content or attempt to determine or replicate the Platform's underlying data sources or methods without prior written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform relies on third-party service providers for functions including account authentication, secure data storage, market and public filing data, subscription billing, and push notification delivery. For security reasons, we do not publicly disclose the specific providers or infrastructure we use. Each such provider is bound by its own terms and privacy obligations, and app distribution and billing are additionally subject to the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
AMSON is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
Stock price data and public filing data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies. AMSON does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market or filing data. Data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for real-time trading decisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMSON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) any real-world investment decisions you make.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Georgia.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
AMSON may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without AMSON's prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMSON regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
AMSON may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, features, or applicable law. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
