These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMSON mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AMSON ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
AMSON is a stock signal and personal trading journal application that provides algorithmically generated technical analysis signals, Watchlist monitoring, push notification alerts, and a P&L journaling tool. The Platform is intended to help users track market activity and maintain personal trading records.

All Content provided on the Platform — including BUY, SELL, and HOLD signals, Watchlist alerts, push notifications, and any analysis — is for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor does it constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. Signals generated by AMSON are based on technical indicators (including EMA and RSI calculations) and do not account for your individual financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, or tax circumstances.
You should consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making any real-world investment, tax, or legal decisions.
AMSON generates BUY, SELL, and HOLD signals using a proprietary algorithm based on technical analysis, including Exponential Moving Averages (EMA) and the Relative Strength Index (RSI), applied to historical price data sourced from Twelve Data. Signals are recalculated daily after market close.
You acknowledge that:
The P&L Journal is a personal trade logging tool that allows you to manually record your own trading activity, including stock symbol, trade type (Long or Short), profit or loss amount, date, and optional notes.

The Watchlist feature allows you to save stock symbols and receive personalized push notification alerts when AMSON's algorithm detects a BUY, SELL, or HOLD signal for those stocks.
AMSON sends the following types of push notifications:
Push notifications are delivered via Expo's notification infrastructure using a push token stored in your account profile. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your access to any other Platform features.
AMSON is not responsible for delayed, missed, or undelivered push notifications due to device settings, network conditions, or third-party infrastructure.

To access features including the Watchlist, P&L Journal, and push notifications, you must create an Account using Firebase Authentication and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your Account information up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and all activity conducted through your Account. AMSON may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
AMSON offers a paid subscription plan ("AMSON Pro") that unlocks premium features including enhanced signal access and push notifications. Subscription pricing and billing intervals are disclosed at the point of purchase within the app.
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings, or by contacting support@amandson.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to AMSON Pro features continues until the period ends. No partial refunds or credits will be issued except as required by applicable law.
All Company Content — including the signal algorithm, software, UI design, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials — is owned or licensed by AMSON and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may access Company Content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit Company Content without prior written permission.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information — including your Account data, Watchlist, P&L Journal entries, and push notification tokens. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms and privacy policies:
AMSON is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
Stock price data and market information displayed on the Platform is sourced from Twelve Data and may be subject to delays or inaccuracies. AMSON does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data. Data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for real-time trading decisions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AMSON and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any P&L Journal entries you submit; or (d) any real-world investment decisions you make.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Georgia.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Platform.
AMSON may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without AMSON's prior written consent.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AMSON regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
AMSON may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, features, or applicable law. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
