These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AMSON website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by AMSON ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
AMSON is an educational paper-trading and market-simulation platform intended to help users learn about financial markets, explore hypothetical strategies, and practice decision-making using simulated data and tools.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, nor does it constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell securities or other financial instruments. You should consult qualified professionals before making real-world investment, tax, or legal decisions.
All trading activity, signals, rankings, and account balances displayed on the Platform are simulated. No real money is deposited, invested, traded, or withdrawn through the Platform.
Simulated results are hypothetical and have inherent limitations. Results shown may differ materially from actual trading outcomes due to factors including market conditions, liquidity, execution timing, slippage, commissions, taxes, latency, and human behavior.

AMSON may provide trade signals, rankings, confidence scores, suggested allocations, or model outputs derived from proprietary algorithms, third-party data providers (including Twelve Data), and analytical models.

To access certain features, you must create an Account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your Account information up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18, and AMSON does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Account credentials and all activity conducted through your Account. AMSON may suspend or terminate Accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
AMSON offers paid Subscriptions. Subscription details, pricing, and billing intervals are disclosed at the point of purchase.
By subscribing, you authorize AMSON to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time prior to the next billing cycle through your Account settings or by contacting support@amandson.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to Subscription features will continue until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds or credits will be issued except as required by law.
All Company Content, including software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials, is owned or licensed by AMSON and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may access Company Content solely for personal, non-commercial, educational use in connection with the Platform. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Company Content without prior written permission.
The Platform does not permit users to upload, submit, publish, or share content. All Content made available through the Platform is Company Content or licensed third-party data.

AMSON uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of internet use.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMSON from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and the laws of the State of Georgia.
You agree to comply with all applicable U.S. export control and economic sanctions laws.
AMSON may assign these Terms without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without AMSON's prior written consent.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AMSON regarding the Platform.
AMSON may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
