This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how AMSON ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you access or use the AMSON mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform displays stock market data, technical analysis signals, and analytics obtained from licensed third-party data providers, specifically Twelve Data. We do not collect brokerage account credentials, real money trading account information, or actual investment portfolio data. All P&L entries are self-reported by the user and are not connected to any real brokerage or trading account.

4. Push Notifications

AMSON sends push notifications to your device using Expo's push notification infrastructure. Notifications are delivered to an Expo Push Token associated with your device, which is stored in your user profile in Firebase Firestore.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's system settings. Disabling notifications does not affect access to any other Platform features.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

AMSON Pro subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat, Apple App Store (iOS), and Google Play Store (Android). We do not store your payment card information. All billing is handled directly by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat according to their respective privacy policies.

We receive confirmation of your subscription status from RevenueCat to determine which features you can access within the Platform.

Your account data, Watchlist, and P&L Journal entries are stored in Firebase Firestore, hosted by Google on servers located in the United States. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform's services.

If you delete your account, we will take reasonable steps to delete your personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention obligations.

8. Data Security

We use Firebase's built-in security rules, authentication, and encryption to protect your personal information. Access to your Watchlist and P&L Journal data is restricted to your authenticated account only — other users cannot view your data.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

The Platform is operated from the United States and data is stored on Google Firebase servers in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
